Volunteer service for the senior thanksgiving BACOA! “There is so much that you can learn just from listening to someone share their story, and that is one of the great things that I love about volunteering for this event. BACOA is a community event that welcomes seniors for a luncheon of a traditional Thanksgiving feast. During the event I help serve meals to seniors and chat with them about what ever they want to talk about. This year there were several people in their 90’s and some over 100 years old.” Wendy also wanted to remind everyone that it is never to late to start volunteering so find a cause or project that you are passionate about.
